Returns & Exchange Policy
At Spirits 4 Less, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. Due to federal and state regulations governing the sale and shipment of alcoholic beverages, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
If you receive an incorrect item or there is an issue with your order, eligible products may be exchanged in-store only within 15 days of the delivery date.
To complete an exchange, you must provide:
- The original sales receipt or order confirmation.
- A valid government-issued photo ID.
- The item in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. We cannot accept exchanges for any opened, damaged, or partially consumed items.
No exchanges will be accepted after 15 days from the delivery date.
