Inspired by the original recipe of the brands founder Don Facundo the Ron Bacardi Anejo 4 Anos is impeccably crafted through still distillation using a unique blend of charcoal then 4 years of maturation in oak barrels under the great Caribbean sun. As a result this medium golden rum prides itself for being an upgrade of the classic Bacardi rum only its light mellow smooth and definitely more delicious. The nose of each Bacardi Anejo Cuatro invites you with its sweet and robust aromas of cinnamon caramel vanilla honey and some orchard fruit. The almost-too-sweet aromas will then be balanced out as it leads you to toned down flavors of burnt caramel apricot toffee custard and oak char. This young yet premium expression leaves with a bittersweet warm medium and semi-dry finish.
