BALCONES POT STILL 1.75L

Balcones Pot Still 1.75L is a Texas straight bourbon whisky distilled in pot stills from a mash bill of roasted blue corn, Texas wheat, Texas rye, and malted barley. It is aged for at least two years in new charred oak barrels & bottled at 92 proof. The nose offers aromas of charred oak and roasted corn, complemented by hints of honey and caramel. On the palate, it presents an oily and unctuous texture with flavors of Seville orange marmalade and candied nuts, underpinned by earthy oak. The finish is lasting, marked by peppery spice, dried fruit, and a subtle hint of smoke.
