Though juniper based Bluecoat is made in what is known as an American Dry style, with much less emphasis on the juniper profile. Distilled five times and made with organic American botanicals, with an emphasis on an assortment of citrus peels, this gin is extraordinarily clean and complex at the same time. All of the spirit is 100% small batch produced using a custom made, one of a kind, traditional copper pot still. Combined with a slow, ten hour heating process for the individual botanicals, the master distiller is guaranteed complete quality control from start to finish. A floral, citrus, and earthy bouquet lead on to a soft, slightly spicy spirit with many subtle layers of flavor. Extremely well balanced, with great purity.
