Bosscal Joven is hand selected and produced by a 4th generation Mezcalero. Bosscal adheres to traditional, artisanal craftsmanship using no chemical products or any manipulations so that the spirit reflects only the essence of the high quality agave. The joven is lightly smoky, very crisp and smooth with citrus and blood orange with a balance of sweetness and tartness.
