Burrito Fiestero Joven A. Durangensis Cenizo is a 750 mL artisanal mezcal from Durango, Mexico, crafted from 12-year-old wild Cenizo agave (Agave durangensis) . Distilled by Maestro Mezcalero Juan Conde, this mezcal is produced using traditional methods, including roasting the agave in volcanic rock pits for 72 hours, crushing with an axe, fermenting in wooden vats with ambient yeasts, and double distilling in copper stills .
