BURRITO FIESTERO JOVEN ENSAMBLE 750ML

Burrito Fiestero Joven Ensamble is a 750 mL artisanal mezcal from Durango, Mexico, crafted by Maestro Mezcalero Juan Conde. This expression blends two wild agave species: Agave Cenizo (Durangensis) and Agave Verde (Cassispina), both aged 10 to 12 years. The agaves are hand-harvested, roasted in volcanic rock pit ovens for 72 hours, and milled using a solar-powered mechanical shredder. Fermentation occurs naturally in open-air wooden vats, and the distillation is conducted twice in copper pot stills. The mezcal is bottled at 46% ABV.
