The most exclusive variant of Cardenal Mendoza, the "Share of Angels", opens up a completely new dimension as a liqueur. Angelus is incredibly versatile. Pure it is delicious, with a little honey - supported by its spicy note - it becomes a warming winter drink. During the other seasons, it simply works on ice and an orange slice or as a long drink with lemonade or mineral water. It is also suitable for a very sophisticated version of the Alexander cocktail, shaken with ice cream and fresh cream. In the kitchen, it is excellent for a crèpe suzette and a few drops sprinkled over a fruit salad give it the decisive kick.
