Empress 1908 Indigo Gin is a unique, all-natural, color-changing gin with a vibrant indigo hue. It gets its distinctive color from the infusion of butterfly pea blossom, which also adds an earthy, herbal note to the traditional gin botanicals. The gin is handcrafted in small batch copper-pot stills with eight botanicals, including Fairmont Empress Hotel black tea. When mixed with citrus or tonic, the gin changes color to lavender, pink, or fuchsia, making it a visually appealing addition to cocktails.
