Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky that begins its maturation in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in ruby port casks from the Quintas, or wine estates, of Portugal. This dual maturation process gives the whisky its signature balance of richness and depth with a bold, velvety character. On the nose, it offers dark chocolate, orange zest, mint, and sweet berry notes. The palate is full-bodied and smooth, featuring flavors of dark fruits like blackberries and plums, mingled with bitter chocolate, toasted nuts, and hints of spice such as cinnamon and nutmeg. The port influence adds a subtle wine sweetness that complements the oak and malt complexity. The finish is long and warming, marked by lingering chocolate, orange peel, and gentle spice.
