Jefferson's Reserve Twin Oak is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in a custom-designed barrel with grooved staves to increase the surface area for oak contact. This unique aging process, taking place over four months after the initial aging, imparts a rich and complex flavor profile with notes of toasted oak, caramel, vanilla, and spice. It's bottled at 90.2 proof (45.1% ABV) and is suitable for both sipping and mixing in cocktails.
