Jim Beam Double Oak is a bourbon that undergoes a unique double-barreling process, giving it a richer, more intense flavor. It starts with the standard Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon, aged for four years in freshly charred American white oak barrels. Then, instead of being bottled, it's transferred to a second set of freshly charred American white oak barrels for further aging. This double-barreling intensifies the oak flavor, resulting in a bourbon with notes of spiced oak and rich caramel.
