Mayorazgo Reposado is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila that undergoes a traditional production process. The agave hearts are slowly cooked in stone ovens to release their natural flavors, then crushed using a tahona wheel to extract the juice. The fermentation occurs naturally in pine wood vats, and the tequila is double-distilled in copper pot stills to ensure purity and concentration of flavors. After distillation, the tequila is aged for six months in American white oak barrels, imparting a light golden hue and a smooth, balanced flavor profile.
