MICHTER'S TOASTED BARREL FINISH 750ML

Michter’s US 1 Toasted Barrel Finish Bourbon is a limited release Kentucky Straight Bourbon bottled at 91.4 proof (45.7% ABV). It is first aged in fire charred American white oak barrels and then finished in a secondary barrel made from 18 month air dried oak that is toasted but not charred. This process creates a unique flavor profile with aromas of campfire smoke, cinnamon, pecan, and candied fruit. On the palate it shows baked pears, vanilla, marshmallow, and warm spices, leading to a smooth, rich, and lingering finish.
