Mijenta Symphony Series No. 2 Reposado is a premium limited-edition tequila aged respectively ≈8 months in custom “symphony barrels” built from oak staves sourced from Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Bottled at 45% ABV, this reposado showcases highlands agave with rich wood influence. On the nose it opens with cooked agave, vanilla, caramel and banana, with hints of citrus, herbs, and almonds. On the palate it offers a full mouthfeel with agave, vanilla, caramel, banana, evolving into chocolate, almond, mint, cardamom, and clove; finishing warm and lingering with layered spices.
