Nickel & Nickel's Quicksilver Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from their Rutherford vineyard, known for its well-draining loam soils. The wine is aged in French oak (55% new) for 18 months. It offers a balance of intensity and elegance, with aromas of red fruit, violet, and green tea, and flavors of raspberry, cassis, and black cherry, complemented by earthy notes. The tannins are described as supple and refined, leading to a lingering finish.
