Rabbit Hole Dareringer is a 93 proof, straight bourbon whiskey finished in PX sherry casks. It's crafted by aging wheated bourbon in alligator char barrels, then resting it in hand-made PX sherry casks from Spain. The final product is a small batch blend of no more than 15 barrels, chosen to achieve a specific flavor profile. The whiskey is not chill-filtered, allowing for a more authentic barrel-to-bottle flavor.
